1. Services
Woodford Sealcoat LLC provides residential and commercial asphalt maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Asphalt sealcoating

Crack filling

Asphalt repair and patching

Line striping

Pavement maintenance services
All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, site conditions, and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible condition of the pavement at the time of inspection.
Additional repairs or charges may be necessary if hidden damage, deterioration, drainage issues, or unforseen conditions are discovered during service.
Pricing is subject to change until an estimate is approved and scheduled.
3. Service Conditions & Results
Asphalt maintenance improves appearance and helps extend pavement life, but no service can restore severely deteriorated asphalt to new condition.
Customer acknowledges that:

Existing cracks, patches, low areas, rough texture, or previous repairs may remain visible after service.

Sealcoating and repair products may cure with slight texture variations.

Results may vary based on pavement age, prior maintenance, weather exposure, and structural ocndition.

Environmental conditions and surface contaminants such as tree sap, vehicle fluids, fertilizer, car wash residue, and organic staining may impact the final appearance or performance of asphalt maintenance products
Woodford Sealcoat LLC does not guarantee a perfectly smooth or uniform appearance n aged or compromised asphalt surfaces.
4. Weather & Scheduling
Services are weather dependent. Scheduling may change due to rain, temperature, humidity, or othe rconditions that may affect product performance or curing.
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule work when necessary to ensure proper application adn product integrity.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:

Provide clear access to the work area

Remove vehicles and obstacles before scheduling service

Keep people, pets, and vehicles off treated surfaces during curing times

Notify us of irrigation systems, underground utilities, or sensitive areas near the work zone
Woodford Sealcoat LLC is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccessible work areas.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms listed on the estimate or invoice.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection efforts.
Returned checks or failed electronic payments may result in additional charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
Woodford Sealcoat LLC shal not be liable for:

Pre-existing pavement failure

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage casued by weather, ground movement, tree roots, fuel/oil spills, snow removal equipment, or improper use

Minor tracking, scuffing, or cosmetic variations during curing

Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
